Little League ICYMI – Local Leagues

In Case You Missed It – For Local Leagues

Little League International does a great job sending out timely reminders about what we should be doing during the season. Unfortunately, they get lost in our mailboxes and we often miss out on their important messages. Here you can find a recap of all those reminders, In Case You Missed It…

Rulebook App Updated for 2024

The Little League Rulebook App is available on both Android and iPhones FOR FREE. This app will always have the most up-to-date rules for Baseball, Softball, and Challenger.  It’s even approved for use in the dugout!  Get the latest information here.

International Volunteer Day

December 5th is International Volunteer Day, and for Little League its a great time to remember that we are an ALL VOLUNTEER organization. Our kids would not have a Little League experience without the countless volunteers all over the world giving their time. Read more about volunteering opportunities and recruiting.

Charter and Insurance Enrollment is Open

Like in years past, the Little League Data Center is the exclusive location for local leagues to join the program by enrolling their teams and choosing whether to enroll in the various insurance offerings available exclusively to affiliated Little League programs.

Board of Directors

Annually, the regular membership of each Little League is required to meet and elect a Board of Directors. Following the election, the Board of Directors will meet and elect its officers from within the membership of the board. Read more about the required positions and duties at Roles & Responsibilities of Local Board of Directors.

League Websites and Communication

Most parents and guardians expect an organization to have a website that is updated frequently, easy to navigate, and accepts online registrations. Having these available for your league can help increase your registration numbers and provide a more positive experience for your families.
